Since 2015, De Beau Microschool has operated with a singular, deeply held conviction: to bridge educational gaps by teaching the individual student rather than the class. By honoring each student’s unique pace, we have proudly fostered academic growth and personal confidence from our campus in DeQuincy, Louisiana.

As we approach the conclusion of our Spring Semester on May 29, 2026, we are writing to inform you of a significant transition regarding the future of our organization. After careful deliberation and a thorough evaluation of our long-term strategic positioning, leadership has decided to wind down operations under the De Beau Microschool brand. Consequently, the school will permanently close at the end of this academic term.

This decision follows the finalization of a broader corporate transaction involving the school's underlying assets and instructional frameworks. While it is difficult to say goodbye to the De Beau Microschool brand, this strategic reorganization allows our core educational methodology to be absorbed into distinct, external platforms—ensuring that our foundational philosophy of individualized pacing continues to find new life elsewhere.

Our immediate priority during this transition is to ensure a seamless conclusion to the school year for our families and staff. We are immensely grateful to the educators, parents, and community members who have trusted us with their children’s education over the last decade.
